About The Dining Room & Bar
Members and their guests can relax and enjoy fine Cornish hospitality in our waterside dining room and bar. We source everything from a small number of local specialist suppliers – fish from Matthew Stevens, meat from Trevarthen, fruit and veg from West Country Foods, ice cream from Roskilly’s, beers from St Austell Brewery – so we promise fantastic freshness and taste. From lobster, lemon sole, bass and haddock to the crustaceans that make up our famous seafood platter, from fabulous steaks to hams and faggots, from snacks to fine dining, whatever you choose you can be assured of authentic Cornish cuisine, freshly sourced and prepared with flair.
