Quiz Night – 18th April, 7pm
The Quiz with a difference……
Come along and experience a new exciting quiz.
There are prizes for each round and a card game where winner takes all (don’t worry you do not have to remember anything).
Each player will be given 4 gaming sheets, you can play individually or confer with your team but don’t forget one wrong answer means you all lose (£1.00 entry fee each person).
This should be a really fun different quiz night, so why not come along with some friends and relatives and have a few laughs.
We look forward to seeing you on the 18th April.
The Crown – Season 1
The Crown focuses on Queen Elizabeth II as a 25-year-old newlywed faced with the daunting prospect of leading the world’s most famous monarchy while forging a relationship with legendary Prime Minister, Sir Winston Churchill. The British Empire is in decline, the political world is in disarray, and a young woman takes the throne….a new era is dawning.
If you missed this hugely popular series on TV don’t worry as we will be screening it in our Upper Deck over the next few weeks on the following dates:
Thursday 26th April – 2 episodes from 8pm
Wednesday 2nd May – 2 episodes from 8pm
Wednesday 9th May – 2 episodes from 8pm
Wednesday 16th May – 3 episodes from 7pm
Suppers will be available to order – list in the bar.
We have 20 tickets available to RCYC Members for this lovely event – all the proceeds will go towards St Petroc’s and ShelterBox, two very worthwhile charities. The event will take place in our marquee on Sunday afternoon, 13th May, and the ticket price of £10 includes a cream tea. Tickets can be reserved by contacting the office but must be paid for in advance – cash only please as the money will be handed to the organisors on the day of the event.
Staff holiday – office hours
Please note that due to staff holiday the office will open in the afternoons only for the next 2 weeks, commencing 16 and 23 April. Apologies for any inconvenience.

“This summer we will be offering visitors the opportunity to get out on the water by providing trips on historic boats from the Museum collection. We will be operating four scheduled boat trips every day, seven days a week, running from 2 July until 30 September 2018.
We are looking for energetic and friendly team players who can create an enjoyable and unforgettable experience for our passengers as they enjoy sailing around the local waters of Falmouth. We are currently advertising for Skippers and Tour Guides on our website, here is the link for you:
