Insatiable, led by Tim Cunliffe, recently took part in the HP30 Class National Championships in Plymouth. Competition was close and 3 of the 6 teams were fully professional. Frustratingly they were leading on points into the last race and after leading the last race for 3 of the 4 legs they lost it on the last leg with a bad mark rounding and spinnaker problem. However it was their first event in the class so they are delighted to finish 3rd overall. The winning boat FOMO a Farr 280 is part of Team Phaedo MOD 70 campaign owned by billionaire Lloyd Thornberg and skippered by Brian Thompson.
Along with Tim Cunliffe, the Insatiable Crew consisted of Niels Van Dinther = Mainsheet and Tactician, Mat Osborne = Trim, Mark Wooton = Trim, Nick Munro = Pit and Nicole Ames doing a superb job on the bow. They are now looking forward to their next event.
