New Members' Evening - April 10th 2008

The New Members' evening was held at the Club on April 10th. The majority of the senior members of the Club attended to welcome a number of new members into the Club. Everyone circulated introducing themselves in the bar and then dinner was served allowing a more detailed understanding of activities at the Club and the reasons for becoming members.

The evening proceeded very amicably and the start of new friendships was clear. Those existing members with particular enthusiasms such as racing and cruising were to be seen cajoling the new members into joining the various activities.

Welcome to the new members. We all hope you will enjoy your membership for many years to come.
