MESSAGE FROM THE COMMODORE

& FLAG OFFICERS OF

THE ROYAL CORNWALL YACHT CLUB

 

BAR & CATERING 

 

It is my pleasure to let you know the situation with regard to the Bar & Catering services at the Yacht Club.

 

We have been fortunate to recruit Samantha Sheffield-Dunstan, trading as Gourmet Dining, to oversee our service to you all.  Gourmet Dining started on the 1st April and part of the team includes former employees of our Franchisee.

 

We have been through a difficult time during the past three months - these new arrangements seem to be proving satisfactory in providing the service to Members.  However, the service will only be profitable and successful if Members use the Club facilities. I know Samantha has some new ideas to introduce as and when appropriate.  The Flag Officers are looking to the future in providing these services and I hope we can all rely upon your support in using the Bar & Catering.  If you don’t use them you may loose them!

 

Gloria Churchouse, Rear Commodore House, is overseeing the service and she is always happy to receive constructive comment.
