Joining the Royal Cornwall Yacht Club
Applications
for Membership
The
appropriate forms are available from Administration office or
by clicking on one of the links below. A Proposer and Seconder
are required both of whom must have been RCYC Members for at least
three years and have known the applicant for at least a year.
Following receipt, your application will be posted on the board
for a period of two weeks, before going before the next meeting
of the House Committee for consideration.
If
you wish to join the Club but do not know any existing members,
you should first contact the Club Secretary as References will
be required and you will also be introduced to Officers of the
Club and members of the House Committee prior to your application
being posted on the board for a period of two weeks before going
before the next meeting of the House Committee for consideration.

In
the case of all but Junior above, a Property Levy of £150
is also payable in three annual installments of £50 each.
Associate:
This is available to Single Subscriptions for those between 18
and 40 for a two-year introductory period. At the end of the two
years, members can transfer to full membership, at which time
the Property Levy becomes payable. The current Associate Subscription
is £71.50. There is a separate Application form for this type
of Membership and Applicants/Sponsors should make it clear that
this is the type of Membership required when asking for the form.
