Meet Afloat Protocol

• A 'Meet Afloat is declared valid when 2 or more boats join up at the declared location
• First vessel on scene assumes 'Meet lead'
• Two RNSA boats boats are required to meet to activate the RNSA Hosting Budget
• First RNSA boat on scene to take charge of RNSA Hosting Budget - max spend £50 unless further authorised by Ian or Paul - claim submitted if not attending
• To assist in meeting afloat - all vessels are requested to set watch on IMM#77 30 minutes before Meet Afloat start time
• Photographic evidence of meeting and any general good times is to be submitted if possible
• Results of Boules matches are to be recorded
